Sitcoms you would bring back Page 6

The Thin Blue Line.

Ooh, now there's one I'd like to see again.

Thought it was criminal that Office Gossip did not get a second series

But even worse that The Smoking Room did not get a 3rd!!! One of best sitcoms/comedies that the BBC have done in the last 20 years!

Having re-watched the series, I think Keeping Mum's got a new series in it, likewise The Thin Blue Line.

I'd love to see another series of 'Orrible.

I don't care what anybody says, this is one of the most underrated sitcoms ever.

There's only one word for those of you that don't agree - naive.

'Orrible showed promise, but lacked the necessary development to make it really good, IMO.

Can't you persuade your dad - Stephen Merchant - to co-write the second series?

If only I were that tall.

The Thin Blue Line??? Awful unfunny crap.

Used as a platform on numerous occasions to air political views that have since been proved to be even more unfunny and even more of a waste of time and money than the programme.

The Thin Blue line was excellent.

More Peter Kay in anything, he is a God of comedy!!!!

Except Max And Paddy. Or that awful singing, X Factor thing he just did.

The Thin Blue line was excellent.

It was pretty good, a bit stiff at times.

Only recently I thought that Young Ones University Reunion might be an interesting idea. Can you imagine what each of them would be like as adults?

With the passing of time they could all potentially have kids at University now as well which could turn out to be a spin-off but I'm less keen on that idea.

Maybe all this could be considered for a 30th anniversary show in 2011. :)

There was one of those rumours circulating a while ago that they were going to do a Young Ones film but with them all middle age. Vyvian was going to be a successful doctor, Mike a family man and Nneil a corporate tycoon. Basically the exact opposite of what they were all before. Except for Rick. He was going to be just the same as before.

I guess like most rumours, it stayed exactly that.

Some of the stuff you criticise, and then this?

He is a bloody site funnier than Rowan ''retarded man child is not f**king funny'' Atkinson.

That statement has to go down in the history of the entire BSG as one of the wildest ever made.

:D
