Reminds me of a great short cartoon in Viz from about 3 years ago. It was called Hercule - The Early Years and was Hercule Poirot as a baby but with the distinctive hair style and mustach going WAAAAA WAAAAA WAAAAAA in every scene. He's in a room full of murder suspects and eventually one of them stands up and says "OK I ADMIT IT I KILLED HIM NOW SHUT THAT FUCKING NOISE UP". 
It was a rare throwback to the good old days of Viz.
