New Doctor Sketch

NEW DOCTOR SKETCH

Matt Smith is being interviewed for the news regarding his role as the new Doctor Who.

Interviewer : So Matt how does it feel to be the new Doctor?

Matt : It's brilliant, really good. I haven't felt this high since that party in 1732 in the Kragmeer Quadrant.

Interviewer: Pardon?

Matt : Sorry, just getting into the role a bit.

Interviewer : I see. You're the youngest ever Doctor. What do you feel can you bring to the role?

Matt : Well I've got this silly hair, that's quite a good look.

Interviewer : Yes but with your age how do you hope to play a 900 year old time lord?

Matt : Well I think that age is simply something on a driving licence.

Interviewer : You don't think that this is the BBC simply trying to appeal to an even younger audience?

Matt : I don't believe roles are cast in such a way. I feel the best person gets the job – age and demographics simply don't enter into it.

Interviewer : Well thank you Matt. Now back to the studio.
