Is this our new year's resolutions thread?
If so, I'm going to eat more healthily, the sugar has got to go, it's just really bad for you. No political agenda here, but I'm going to cut out the meat and go veggie as well. I'm not a big meat eater, so I won't really notice.
I'm not a big drinker either, but I think I will phase that out too.
In terms of things I'm going to do, rather than not do, I must rework my script, and I also fancy a foreign holiday. Something to look forward to.

If you enjoy cooking, it will be fun discovering all the alternatives to meat dishes and satisfying when you realize, how much quicker, safer and healthier your meals will be.
I turned veggie at the start of the year and whilst I've had some meat cravings, after a while, if you stick with it, you'll wonder why you ever ate meat or not lol.

About 2 years ago, I realised I ate more sausages than anyone should eat in a life time. I'd hit the sausage wall, so decided to cut out beef, even though sausages are made out of pork most the time 
It was the same time I discovered Veg mince meat, which is the easiest thing in the world to cook. I love it.
Then last year I met my gf, who is a vegan and naturally I decided to take the next step and cut it out all together. It was easy, seein as she is an excellent cook and knows all the best meat alternatives. Plus she was EVIL and showed me tons of slaughter house films, which was fun 
Plus, I just love animals, I think they are ace and can't bring myself to eat the little buggers.
Plus, plus, I feel tons better, no more meat sweats.
