Bernard and the Genie

Why don't they repeat this or release it on DVD?

Possibly the best Christmas film ever and the lift attendant "Sticky" Kepple is sheer genius.

I have a copy *ahem* arriving in 56 minutes, give or take a seed or two and I'm really looking forward to watching it again as my vid of it vanished long ago.

What did everyone else think of it?

Just reading about that film kind of brings back a memory of watching it, wouldn't be 100% though, looks like a decent film might have to give it a look.

I'm amazed it's not repeated every year with the great cast it had and if I remember correctly it was very funny.

I saw a few clips of it on YouTube, I have a feeling the entire thing is on there but I decided to keep waiting for a DVD. Maybe next year :(

Wow I've been looking out for this for years - I can't believe it was released in 91. Now I feel extra-old.

Every time I hear 'It'll be lonely this Christmas' it brings back memories of Bernard and the Genie. It's odd it's never repeated, I'm tempted to search out a copy but then ... maybe it won't live up to the version in my memory?

Oh, and:
