I'm on the fence with Gone in 60 seconds the original has vastly superior chases. But new one had Eccleson as a nutter carpenter....Na I'll stick with original.
They've remade The Taking of Pelham 123 for release this year, which I'm apprehensive about as the original was a copper-bottomed classic.
I always thought the eighties remake of The Blob was great.

The original's great, but in different ways. And ironically, Carpenters remake is closer to the spirit of the short story it was based upon.
