I think you'll find that it's actually the foreigners (who daren't venture to the uncivilised north ) who are the corrupt ones.

That's not a London thing. It's a correct-pronounciation-thing.

That's not correct pronounciation, bath in phonetic alphabet doesn't have an 'r' sound

Northerners do tend to be funnier people, more jolly and less smug and ignorant than further south, but there's good comedy everywhere, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any North or South or anywhere in the UK at the minute.

Well, that all again goes back to personal tastes in comedy...
