Peter Griffin or Homer Simpson? - Peter Griffin - he's fought that chicken enough times to know how to fight.
Marge or Lois? Lois - She's one tough cookie...and her and Peter get into scuffles all the time. Marge is too old school.
Stewie or Maggi? Stewie - he has the brains and as well as guns etc.
Brian Griffin or Santa's Little Helper? - Santa's Little Helper... he's leaner, fitter and Brian doesn't know how to fight like a dog.

Homer because Peter would *probably* just run around like an idiot laughing. They might just end up agreeing on everything and putting their annoyances aside for the sake of beer and doughnuts, though.
Lois because she's proved she can kick like a demon, and unless Marge were to nag Lois into submission, it's no context.
Stewie and Maggie is a little obvious, I feel, unless Maggie got a gun a la the "Who Shot Mr. Burns?" episodes.
Both Brian and SLH would probably also be quite an even contest, but I think that Brian would completely kill SLH for the pure reason of understanding that that was the object, as SLH would probably think the idea was to smell each others' rear ends.

Homer because he can't be knocked out. Remember that episode when he became a boxer. No matter how much brain damage he took he stayed up. I think Peter would run out of energy punching him.
Although Peter did come back from breaking his neck in the new season when trying to copy a Jackass episode.

Marge or Lois?
Well they've both taken martial arts training but I think Lois' kung-fu is much better...plus she came back from multiple gun shot wounds...it was a simulation in the end of the episode but still...impressive.

Stewie or Maggie?
Maggi has a mean streak, especially when she's been drinking. Although Stewie has weapons and we saw how he handled Brian after he didn't have his money. Yikes!

Brian Griffin or Santa's Little Helper?
Santa wouldn't do anything he's dumb as a post and too friendly. Brian's pretty weak though. He got his ass handed to him by a baby. But I'd still have to give it to Brian.

Hmmm, I'm with you on Peter Griffin but don't forget Marge trained as a body builder and beat the crap out of everyone in sight.
I suppose Maggie and Stewie are new school and are a reflection of contemporary society. Kids today can't be arsed to fight: they just reach for guns and knives, so they'll have stabbed/shot you before you even have time to finish flexing your muscles.
So.. in view of the fact that both babies are more likely reach for their guns who'd win in a dual?
I'm with you on Santa's Little Helper though.

Not sure about bodybuilder, but Marge was a cop.
But wasn't there an episode where she got mugged by that posh felon and as a result she pumped up?
She was a bodybuilder too, when she got mugged and then locked herself in the basement with Homer's gym equipment.
