British Comedy Guide

Yet another hello...

I hate being a noob on forums. I feel that I'm imposing on threads when I have no posts and I suddenly start sprouting my opinions. So I guess an introductory post is in order in order to sprout opinions without imposing on anybody.

My favourite British Comedy shows include Green Wing, Spaced, Blackadder, The Mighty Boosh, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Black Books, QI, The IT Crowd, The Book Group, Absolute Power, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Red Dwarf. There's a whole longer list in my profile.

Hello.

Hello there.

Welcome... and don't worry about posting in threads... we all do it! :)

As a fairly recent Noob it's great to welcome someone else on board . . .

WELCOME

Yet another welcome!

Good evenoon.

Thank you for the welcome :) I hope I'll be active on this forum, British TV (especially comedy) seems to be reaching a pinnacle at the moment.

Welcome!

Haven't they introduced new flavour Jaffa Cakes back in Blighty? And is a Jaffa a cake or a biscuit?

Questions, questions...

I did see a raspberry one... or something like. I'm a fan of the good ole' orangy goodness though so won't go near these new kinds!

And it's definitly a cake. There was a lawsuit and everything. Biscuits go soft as they go off, cakes get harder. And Jaffacakes go harder - therefore cake.

(I have looked into this a little more than is probably normal.)
