Yeah, The Buss is right. In Yeovil the internet gets turned off at midnight because locals fear the megabytes might escape in the night and steal their thoughts.

I think you'll find they call them gigglebytes. Apparently Tim is under suspicion of stealing them. They're saying he's a computer hack.
