I dunno, I like the idea. Nice big wheels for off-roading, a raised, clean platform. Somewhere to lean.
But surely going for a run would do the job equally as well?

It's not a serious invention I remember watching this guy, most of it is actually ironic art I think.
A big fear for distance runners is impact injuries on joints.
Plus it would confuse the hell out of any wild dogs.
