What's the deal with these peer to peer live streaming internet sites. Is it legal to watch? Is it legal for them to broadcast? And any idea how they broadcast - presume it's not a camera on the TV !?

Rarely? So when, on that rare occasion, is it legal? Is there a legal loop hole enabling the practice? The sites in question seem fairly sophisticated - presume they make their money through referal advertising.
Well let's see an example of some of the sites! I can't say for certain without seeing them, but I'd make a good guess that the only way it's legal is if it's skysports.com or the like. 
The quality is always too shit for my liking.
