The issue I have with this is that the dupilicity isn't new as the comic impact isn't as strong. You know that the camera is going to pull back and reveal something along the lines of what you've written. That said, and as tight as the sketch is, it can be even tighter as I don't think it needs anything further once the camera pans away.
