Sorry zooo. He's probably fine but the transmitter's stopped or fallen off. There are a fair number of stories which say he wasn't eaten by the nasty killer whale.
It's only nature (if it's been eaten), nothing weird.
Surely if a killer whale had eaten him, you'd be able to track him?
