I read the news today oh boy! Page 384

It certainly looks interesting, but of course it could end up being anything, even something odd but natural, or space debris from something that's been sent up years ago.

Trust me the bush was not glorious.

Hard Facts? What more do you need a picture of the owner doing a poo?

Frankly, yes. Because you can do anything with pictures.

You've saddened me today, bigfella. First you destroy one of nature's most glorious bushes, now you join the ranks of the Daily Mail conspiritari.

I want facts. Hard facts. Or nothing.

He's probably going to pulp the tree and turn it into daily Mails.

And you hypocrite if other BCGers spoke of trimming bushes, you'd be getting all drooly.

Too big to be debris I think. Its 700 meters long. And it doesn't look natural.

Where is Chip these days?

I would've thought you'd have stuck him in the wood chipper

The guy who "discovered" the blip on Mars is obviously a complete idiot.

eh?

Quote: sootyj @ June 5 2011, 2:27 PM BST

eh?

"Whoever put it up there had a purpose I'm sure" sounds idiotic. He assumes there's a structure there, rather than it just being a naturally occurring phenomenon, or a photographic error. He further assumes that this hypothetical structure was put there, and finally he assumes that there was a purpose to it all. Three ridiculous assumptions in one short statement; but it's more likely that he's no idiot, but just trying to get exposure.

I dare say it's nothing, but you never know.

What's the Mars story I can't find it anywhere?

Are you guys screwing with me?

Cos the only person who screw with me is my wife and I ain't married!
