The letter reminded him of his legal obligations under EU law.
X is incorporated in the EU, and one third of it's users are in the EU.
They did not order, ask or even suggest he not broadcast the interview.
Personally, I think the more we hear from Trump, the better.
Every time he opens his mouth he makes a fool of himself.
Which has to be a good thing.
