It's really tricky apparently.
It's too late for them, the time to do it was a year ago at least. They backed him, undoubtedly thinking the Democrat backed witch trials of Trump were enough for Biden to sail through. But Trump is standing even stronger because of the sympathy at the lynching he's had, and Biden has gone down hill.
If they enter a new younger, fitter candidate at the 11th hour it will cause an almighty uproar, kill their credibility, and they will lose anyway. They've messed their campaign up with outrageous complacency and a Lofthouse-like obsession with hating Trump, and heads should roll.
I liked that at one stage the debate was just two old men bickering about which one was the worst in US history.
Well done, America, you truly are a shining beacon to the resat of the world.

FGS, Trump's conviction was not Democrat-backed and certainly hasn't boosted his standing. Quite the opposite. He is very lucky the Supreme Court has pushed his other three trials until after the election.
But Biden must stand down now. The debate was a total disaster. Trump is a dangerous and unpopular figure and cannot be allowed to win. Biden is no longer up to the task of beating him. He must go now.
