I read the news today oh boy! Page 2,776

What do you miss? Those river to the sea lunatics are ready for violence with anyone not of the same opinion.
Plenty of YouTube videos where they attack photographers just for filming the march.

If the Jewish chap had walked into the crowd and got a kick in the bollocks - the copper would have got slagged off for not protecting him

They can't win tbh

The guy got exactly what the wanted.
He has previous.

Ahh so he was being a provocative fool and the cops weren't playing ball

Like I said they can't win

The phrase "openly Jewish" was probably a bloody stupid expression to choose though

I'm biased the other way, but only because society has been taken over by lefty loonies and and we need bringing back a bit.

Fourteen years of Tory government. News media overwhelmingly dominated by the right for decades. And still we are told society has been taken over by "lefty loonies!"
It must be the influence of the all-powerful trade unions...

Oh thank god it will all go away when Labour are in power.
Another plus for them.

An absolute classic, and apart from the genius of Peter Sellers, just look at the stars in this short scene - even Sam Kydd stutters his way in............FFS

All in all, a superb film, and what us Brits do best

Yes. A classic. Someone should write an article about it...

You appear to be making the common error there of believing Johnson to be on the right politically. People should be judged, not on their political label (we know from his two prepared Brexit arguments that he will take up any label that best advantages Boris Johnson), but what they do and what they deliver.

The same could of course be said of his predecessor and at least some, if not all, of his successors. Rhetoric perhaps, in an attempt to appeal to their supposed core supporters, actual deeds no.

In fact, the modern Conservative Party, the Labour Party, the Liberal Party, the SNP, the Greens, the Welsh Nationalists... Not a right wing party amongst them.

A sad grudging acceptance that the current regime has been a disastrous failure combined with a stubborn refusal to accept anyone else could be better. Perhaps the Tories should adopt this as their campaign strategy?

What do you read?

The Truss government, for one, was definitely very right wing. That was the main problem really!

We never really got the chance to find out to be fair. In any case, what sort of respectable right wing government capitulates at the first sign of any opposition?

Nothing respectable about them, but certainly right-wing. Almost crashed the entire economy immediately!
No rule that right wing governments can't capitulate! Mussolini's Italy and Nazi Germany both surrendered in the end.

"In the end" is not the same as "at first sign". In fact it's the complete opposite.

When I talk of "right wing" policies, I think of law & order, immigration, family values... Not one controversial budget. I am not an economist.

Society is more influenced by a mix of schools - most state schools have an overwhelming abundance of left leaning teachers peddling a wokeist and often blaringly anti British/white privilege ideology; universities - an rapidly increasing number of unis are bowing to the pressures of neurotic lefty student unions intent on a woke left wing revolution; TV - most channels are giving in to wokeist ideology mongers and inventing diversity cultures in their shows which bear little resemblance to real life.

All this can be construed as a crude attempt at social engineering us toward a more socialistic, multicultural, multi gender fantasy utopia where free speech is censored to fit in with a neo-Stalinist type of state controlled society.

Good evening.
