Well there's one less perv now.
Barry Bennell dies in prison.

We literally have had idiots running this country...
Senior government officials spoke to Buckingham Palace to express worries about Boris Johnson's conduct in office, and discussed asking Queen Elizabeth to raise concerns with him during their private audiences, a BBC documentary has said.
One unnamed source said the atmosphere in Downing Street during that period was "utterly grim, and totally crazy", and that relationships between political officials and civil servants were "just toxic".
Meanwhile , the USA's own brain dead blonde man child is clearly going senile
In the last few days he claims Biden will lead us all into World War Two
And that he is currently leading Barack Obama in the polls
🤪🤪🤪🤪
The Civil Servants are the problem not doing the job they're paid to do.
Got to love an unnamed source or a spokesperson or someone close or a government official.
Quote: Firkin @ 18th September 2023, 7:30 AMEspecially given the NHS still victim blamed and closed ranks to protect Lucy Letby before she was convicted of 7 murders and 6 attempted murders.
Interesting you mentioned her, I think I saw one post on here about the news item of a convicted serial killer, no one else wanted to add to it or reflect the huge coverage on all media and other social media. And yet when an outspoken and controversial male comedian hits the headlines for as yet unproven allegations of serious offences, although not including murdering babies or indeed anyone, not only do all the usual people pile in on him with abject opprobrium and condemnation, some who choose not to join in are accused of supporting him. That's how balanced this place is.
Quote: Firkin @ 18th September 2023, 7:30 AMEven if Brand denies it to the day he dies, as do most serial offenders. All credit to C4 & the BBC for how quickly they have changed and clamped down on serial offenders..
Well they are both in the dock now for not clamping down on this one.

To be fair, Russell Brand is a comedian. Lucy Letby isn't. No surprise that his case would provoke more interest and discussion on a comedy forum.
Get out clause No.1 - Deployed.
Yes but this is a general news thread that doesn't usually stop people commenting on non comedians in the headlines. And I remember quite a lot of discussion on here about a Dr Harold Shipman. So why nothing on Nurse Lucy Letby? Hmm...

Because nobody's tried to defend her here yet.

I notice you have very little to say on the ongoing human rights abuses in Tigray.
Hmm...
Alf - you're being silly.

You seem to have a strange and unhealthy defence for Brand.
Are you being serious? I've clearly stated from the start
Quote: Alfred J Kipper @ 16th September 2023, 8:55 PMI'm not defending anyone personally, I don't even know his work very well tbh, I'm defending the principle of a right to a fair trial, and this sort of public expose before a single charge has been made will make that impossible. In fact it very often even stops a criminal trial going ahead because no jury can be found who hasn't already been influenced by the trial by media's guilty verdict.
Donald Trump Jr has now come out to defend him
(Brainless cock)
He is giving it the "they will be coming for YOU next..."
Well if I sexually abused a 16 year old - GOOD
BBC News this Lunchtime re RB 'Victims and survivors have come forward.

What's the difference?
I can't stand the unfunny t**t but has any actual evidence been put forward yet?
Personal testimony is evidence.
So, yes. Lots !
