I hate myself for pointing this out, but not actually rape. Rape requires penis involvement. That would be assault by penetration, but I can't see any jury convicting. So I think it is a truly stellar plan. Well done Zooo.

No. Not really a big deal though. Rape is an offence under s1 Sexual Offences Act 2003, the scenario you describe is an offence under s2.
Maximum sentence for both is life imprisonment, so it really is just tomayto tomarto.

I learn something new every day - assault by penetration. Wow, we have laws for everything in this country.
We do. We have rape for unwanted penis based activity and ABP (as we call it in the trade) for everything else.
And before anyone asks - a dildo would fall under ABP as it is not a penis. Yes, even the realistic ones.
We don't know what a female to male transsexual's penis would be classified under as there hasn't been a test case.

Possibly not. It would depend if she was operating in a catering establishment.
If it was just for the family she would probably get away with the pie element of her offending.
As it seems we don't have a law to cover that. So I take it back - we don't have laws for everything.
