I didn't see the banana one on the link, they were all eating crisps and sandwiches and stuff. Where is the saucy banana picture? (um, so I can look at it and be disgusted, obviously)

If you look on the FB group now, it is the third picture down.

It's just horrific and wrong that it seems entirely legal at the moment for a stranger to take a pic of a woman (or anyone) on the tube, upload it, slag her off publically along with dozens of other sad, pathetic freaks, and she can't even make the site take it down.

It's definitely wrong, but we've all seen the 'Freaks who shop at Wal-Mart' stuff and laughed heartily. So we're all kind of to blame as well.

The other big problem is that the Internet is a free flowing place, so shut down one website and five more appear in it's place, often hosted thousands of miles away making any practical prosecution impossibly expensive.

True, true.

What a strange comment, no I mean eating on public transport in general for all genders or none.

You're not going to be there for more than 40 minutes.

Clearly you have never been to Uxbridge. The grim reaper meets you at the other end. Sometimes you are getting from one court to another because your clerks have no sense of London geography and that is the only time you will get for lunch.

But it doesn't matter if I am on there 30 seconds or the rest of my natural life, I live in a free country and can do what they hell I want.

Personally, I don't eat on the tube. But I will defend to the death my right to do so.

I'm too afraid to go there, in case the FBI is snooping for food porn purveyors and I don't want to add to their hit count.

But I will take your word that it is there.

Easy on the we, I avoid the Walmart stuff.

There's lots of stuff I like on the net. But like you I don't like slack jawed, finger pointing fun.

Find me a fun story, or impassioned nutjob.

Excellent.

:)

My general rule of thumb is..if in doubt - sue.

But you are aware of the existence of these types of judgemental people watching sites. If people didn't like looking at others and going 'ugg, ugg, they am crap face', then the X Factor and The Voice would cease to exist.

What is disappointing is that the picture has 241 likes and an array of comments like "excellent technique".

It saddens me that this page has 15,000 likes. Including some of my friends.

Including taking pictures of women eating in a public place?

Yes. My judgement is moral, not legal. I would not make it illegal for them to take the photos in this context.

To then place them on the internet purely for others to laugh at - now that is arguably already illegal under the Protection From Harassment Act 1997.

How about licensing cameras in the same way guns are licensed?

Cool, grab me a few snaps on the way to work tomorrow. Preferably if they're eating something with lots of mayonnaise and it spills. I promise not to share them with anyone - they're mine, all mine!

;) :P

I think you start infringing on freedom of speech or summit.

They should just force all phones to make that really loud shutter noise every time it takes a picture (like mine does), then you can't take a secret pic. Then when everyone notices you taking pics of them you will quite rightly get it shoved up your arse.
