The Waiting Room

This isn't a particularly long sketch, no dialogue, it's just something that made me chuckle when I thought about it. I'm not a writer or anything, the script isn't really structured properly or the correct terminology used, but you'll get the idea! Be kind! Is it funny or not really?

INT. DOCTORS WAITING ROOM

CAMERA PANS SLOWLY FROM LEFT

A MIDDLE AGED MAN IS SITTING DOWN READING 'WHAT CAR' MAGAZINE

NEXT TO HIM IS A 26 YEAR OLD MAN, READING 'WHAT HI-FI' MAGAZINE

NEXT TO HIM IS A 17 YEAR OLD BLACK YOUTH READING 'WHAT HO' MAGAZINE, WITH A SCANTILY CLAD BOOTY-SHAKING HOTTIE ON THE FRONT COVER

I thought it would be funny to take out the bit about the 'What Hi-Fi' and just have the white man reading 'What Car' Magazine, and then the black bloke reading 'What No Car' Magazine.

Ha! I like it.

'What Ho' brings to mind a gardening or some kind of magazine for toffs too.

Nice one, made me laugh anyway
