Thanks for posting that Griff. He's a very interesting and surprisingly funny bloke (he talks a bit like Graham Norton only with a Welsh accent), but more importantly he talks a lot of sense about writing. (I was at a lecture-type-thing he was giving a few months ago)
He's also very passionate about quality TV and we should all listen to what he has to say carefully.
