TV show DVD extras showing writers at work?

Anyone know of any TV shows that show the writers working together to come up with a script? Like in the extras or something? I would like to show my class what its like. Canadian kids don't really watch sitcoms so I thought it might be good for them to see a group of them working together and how fun it is.
I know I've seen the Simpsons do it but I can't remember if I had seen it on a DVD?
Sorry for the new message, I hate doing it. But I really do need some help.
Also like I posted in the writers section if anyone has any fun ideas I could use to help the kids brainstorm would be awesome.

Well it's on 30 Rock all of the time, but then I'm guessing that that's not entirely an accurate portrayal of the process...

Erm, League of Gents series extras, but there's probably loads of swearing.

And there's that ace flipchart thing of how they wrote the film on the Shaun of the Dead extras. But again probably not child friendly.
