Chopped scallions are nice on mashed potato, add semi skimmed milk to the mash for extra creaminess and a smidgen of reduced fat butter. Hey presto, you've got 'champ'.

Tesco's Finest apples. Crunchy, sweet and yum. And best of all, you can pay for them at the self service till and put them through as cheaper ones.

And I LOVE smoked mackerel for brekkie, even if it does make the house smell like a baglady's bike seat.

I love it cold and on toast. Doesn't stink the house out that way.
