I actually bloody love salad. But only when it's got tons of dressing, so it's maybe not so healthy anymore.
I had potato salad today, and then a massive pile of mixed lettuce with a tomato, mozarella and olive oil dressing thing over it.

Also, I love Waldorf Salad. I first heard about it on Fawlty Towers, and then ordered it in a restaurant one day. It's very nice.
