c. Check whether you have audio-description available and ask if she’d like to use it. If she would, make sure it’s set up in time for the screening.

What also really pisses me off is when the answers they want you to give are all the "a"s or all the "b"s or whatever - all that "Did you answer mostly B?" guff. No, I answered EVERY f**king question as B because I'm not a baboon and can spot a face-slappingly obvious f**king pattern to the questions.
