The Stones should put on a good show tonight!

Hope so.

Saw them 3 times in 1976, twice at Earls Court, and then at Knebworth. Earls Court featured the inflatable phallus, and was all a bit too pantomime and busy, but at Knebworth they were superb. Without all the paraphernalia, just playing stripped down r'n'b, including some really old numbers, it was a magical night - it felt as if at Earls Court Mick had taken charge, but now it was Keith's turn to dictate things.

This was the first time I saw The Stones. I've still got the programme in excellent condition and signed by Bill Wyman who was outside at half time having a fag !

Wow! The Everly Bros & Bo Diddley too, with the Stones third on the bill! Can you remember what Mickie Most was like as a performer?

:D Not really !

I do seem to remember that The Stones all wore the same suit although I could be mistaken. Pale blue I think.

Bo was my favourite with The Duchess and Jerome. I had tickets to go and see him with my daughter who was 16 at the time but he died just before the tour.

And Little Richard when I went.

That's the way we rocked in the 60s !

Whoa Little Richard as well! He must have been amazing. You lucky boy!

Just watched Two Door Cinema Club from earlier. Pretty good. Saw them on tour at Brixton this year and can recommend them as a really good live act.

Laughing out loud

More like the Wonga Advert

Crowd look to me like they're getting plenty of satisfaction. Enjoyed it from my armchair too.

Great finish, the confidence of having spent fifty years at the top showed in their music and their professionalism is outstanding.

Calexico's set now on the red button. :)

Nice to see them giving so much credit to Mick Taylor.

Have to admit I didn't recognise him. He looks a lot different now, but still plays great.

Yeah. I think he's on the 50th tour with them. 'It's Only Rock And Roll' is still one of my favourite Stones albums.

Primal Scream get their rocks off, with Haim on backing vocals.
