Glastonbury 2013

Resuscitating 2010's thread felt like taking eco-friendliness to an extreme.

Django Django highlights on the red button now. :)

Assured set from Arctic Monkeys just finished on the main stage

Portishead on the button now.

I only want to watch Rufus Wainwright on Sunday night. Will probably manage to miss him though.

Is that all? Maybe there's other stuff on that you like as well?

Portishead bloody brilliant!

If I watched it all I'm sure I'd like some of it. But there's no one else there in particular that I'm already aware I like.

Seasick Steve now. John Paul Jones on bass. Saw some of this earlier. Pretty good too.

Who do you like? What kind of thing?

Okay, I've had a better look and I do like Elvis Costello, Ed Harcourt and one or two others.
I take it all back!

My work is done. :D

Steve (Seasick, not Sunshine) has just pulled some random girl out of the crowd and brought her on stage to serenade. :O

That could have been you, zooo.

Who are the band in masks freaking out like it's the 1960's?

zooo, you would miss him on Sunday night as he's on at 2pm, Sunday, on the main Pyramid stage. Geek

fyi today, Elvis Costello, Pyramid, 5.15pm.
Ed Harcourt, Park stage, 2.45pm.

Funny seeing him on bass, he provided quite a contrast in his smart outfit and expensive-looking instrument.

Lol, thanks!

I do have it written down on a post-it as 14.00 but for some reason that made me think evening. Weird.

Maybe because you tend to be a night owl like me, and on the boards at 2am. :)

Absolutely. :D

But - for those who missed it - that's only because the other two guys look so scruffy, and Steve has those guitars made from bits of junk/scrap.

You can tell that JPJ loves being on stage and playing live. It's great to see him there.

The Stones should put on a good show tonight!

Currently *listening* to Haim on BBC3.
