Huh?

Rod Stewart was so good in the early 70s. What changed was him leaving the Faces. Before that both him and them were churning out really great stuff and seemingly having a real good time.

I couldn't agree more. In the first half of the 70s Rod/The Faces could really kick the Stones' arses. Sadly, at one point Rod became more interested in being a hip star than a real rocker or having fun with the lads.

Who knows where the time goes - Fairport Convention.

Sandy Denny is another much-missed great singer.

I quite like the new Deerhunter album. Maybe not as good as their last LP, but it's growing on me.

They were a great band (Midnight Oil)...sadly they didn't get the praise they deserved.

Actually, the singer (Peter Garrett) went into politics. We have to ask the Ozzies here if he's doing alright.

I've got that on cassette some where.
