Best comedy theme tune? Page 12

I must admit that Vicious has quite a catchy theme tune and I do love Last Of the Summer Wine's theme tune too.

What about radio theme tunes-Milton, Milton, Milton, Joooones (Rah!)
The Shickle Shamble from I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue
Flowers on the Wall by the Statler Brothers from A Brief History of Timewasting.

I think Last of the Summer Wine's theme tune could be used as rohypnol...

Lovey

It's depressing but I forgot that I started half of these threads. I did the Russel Brand one too.

So many theme tunes from the 70s and 80s. They lasted a couple of minutes, told you exactly what show was on if you were in the kitchen and couldn't see the telly and were almost a character in the show. It was a proper intro.

The theme tunes of most new sitcoms I've seen have been appalling, they don't really indicate what show is on, haven't got character and only last about 20 seconds now. It just makes the sitcom seem as though it's not as worth bothering with as they used to be. It's shoddy programme making!

Monty Python's Flying Circus.

I like the Cleveland Show - even got it on my ipod Cool

I like the Peanuts theme.

But then again I really loved the theme from Sorry!

There was a brilliant cover of it on Screen Wipe a few years back but can't find the link. Shame.
