You're safer downstairs by the driver these days !
In my youth the cool kids used to sit at the back of the bus, the nerds near the driver. I used to sit in the middle, but slowly edging towards the front.

I have noticed that, on my few bus trips recently I have noticed there are some quite rowdy types. I took my little boy on a bus trip recently because he wanted to go on a bus, people seemed quite rude and pushy and the language from the kids at the back was foul.

Just seen this on the Sun's website:
"survey after survey shows now porn is literally on tap"
This from a newspaper that shows a woman on page three everyday with her tits hanging out
I think it's very very likely the first time I saw a naked woman was in The Sun!

Go during school hours, but before lunch time. It's just OAPs then and they're friendly enough.

Thanks Lee.
A teenager spoke to me on the bus recently. She seemed nice enough but didn't seem to understand that strangers should never interact with each other.
Was she one of them northerns?
Quote: Oldrocker @ May 27 2013, 12:08 AM BSTThanks Lee.
Some of them anyway.
Them Northerns, them Southerns.
Glad I'm in the middle.

No!
It's when your elderly persons bus pass is valid from 9.30am and you turn up at 9.25am and ask the driver 'Am I too early?'

No. Although a Northern lad once engaged me in conversation on a train about how much he liked my rucksack. That was painful too.
