Depends on if I'm at work or not! On days off, I like 11am. It's still morning, but not so early that I want to hide in the quilt forever. I like 9.40pm on late work days and 5 on early days- when my trains home arrive.
I like it on a weekend when I get into town really early, say 9ish. There's a nice energy about. Everyone seems tired by the afternoon.
I like it during the World Cup when England plays and the streets are empty. It's a post-appocalypse taster.
