Aww. Usually I might be a bit scared, but I have never felt uglier than with this silly bad eye. So thanks!

That really does sound horrifically painful. Poor Robyn.
Hope it buggers off very soon!

I am mostly bored and panicky now. It never seems to get better when all you have to do all day is medicate yourself and check how it's doing!

Why do girls keep saying that to me?
It's got to be a pretty bad place to get an ulcer seeing that you constantly need to blink. At least with a mouth ulcer you get some respite.
Mouth ones heal quicker too. It's on my cornea and scarily has, of course, damaged my sight as well. Hopefully that is temporary though. I should be lucky because it was sightly left of my actual pupil; but it seems I had an allergic reaction to one of my medications, which did not help.

Blimey.
Did you at least get given a piratey eyepatch to wear? The only plus side to an eye problem.
I've sometimes got one of those spots on the inside of my eyelid, I'm not sure what it's called but every time I'd blink, it would scratch along my pupil but it must've paled in comparison to your ulcer
Oww owwwy oww
That sounds nastay
Hope it heals up soon
Never knew such a thing even existed
Nor did I, lofthouse! I had one of those bubbles the other day too, Lee, from the stuff I had a reaction too. At the same time as my healing ulcer. Waaaa! I had an eye patch the first couple of days but it made my skin like a lizard's. FUN FUN FUN!
Oh gawd. Well you're definitely due some good luck after all this.
Yeaaaaah. I am dreading going back to work. I am desperate to not be cooped up in the house, but I know some of my co-workers will make less than subtle snide comments about what I've done with my "time off".
Kick them in the womb.
I think they'd just criticise how hard I kicked/how much it hurt...
