I'm not a big fan of Man Utd
But I must admit I've always had a lot of respect for that Crooked faced drug cheating egotistical tosspot

This is what I want to see - bad Steve. Let that bile out Steve it's mar-vel-ous.

"wonders if zooo would make a good WAG?"

Maybe! If wives who look like librarians come into vogue.

Zoo would make an excellent wag. It's a role that cries out for irony.

OK - you know what I think of those scummy reds.

However - I'm wondering if we should follow the example of the Germans and make one of our most succesful players the head coach.

I'm talking about Goldenballs.

A national coach is not the same as a club coach. I'm sure he could pick a good team (anyone with half a brain can do that) but he would also motivate and inspire them.

No.

No.

Agreed.

I think we can safely say that Spurs are consistently the fifth best team in the country.

They do it to me every year. To quote Clockwise, "It's not the despair; I can cope with the despair! It's the hope I can't stand..."

Well Wenger managed to turn Arsenal's fortunes round after a terrible start for the second season in a row. They really need to buy some established big name players in attack and midfield though. We're talking a lot of money here, though, so I can't see it happening.

The end of the era continues...:

Fergie, Moyes and now Pulis. That's 3 of the league's top 4 longest-serving managers moving-on.

Carragher, Owen, Beckham, Scholes etc. on the playing side.

Not seen anything like it before tbh...

Apparently he is leaving now? Rolling eyes

Laughing out loud

Have to read up on Pulis. I didn't know. Maybe he's going to Chelsea! Or Everton?

Jammy bastards - again! But still no trophies.

Stoke, Everton and Arsenal have all been punching above their weight in recent seasons, almost entirely imo due to their managers. Yet all three sets of fans have wanted their managers to go. I think two out of the three are due for a nasty shock next season.

I'd just like to say that I don't wish to be considered for England selection any longer.

That's on my grandad's headstone.*

*Not really.
