Doctor Who... Page 977

On plus side Warwick was good and the plot was a bit more coherent than usual (though I did not get where the army of cybermen suddenly appeared from).

A shame the kids survived though.

and bloody Trek cliches.

Bit Willy Wonka too with the golden ticket, the eccentric man in charge of the park, the anti-gravity stuff/floating bit and even an 'Oompa Loompa'.

Not a great episode, disappointingly.

Apart from the crushing disappointments with the script and the kids, Matt Smith also disappointed when he was battling with himself. This is the sort of thing at which a good actor can shine. It wasn't shiny.

Quite enjoyed this, had its problems, but you've gotta love Warwick and in some ways it was a very traditional episode. The last two have been quite enjoyable.

The Cybermen reminded me of Kryton with their detachable heads and hands. And were about as scary. Warwick was good, though. Pity it was such a poor script. Ah well, Moff's got one more episode to redeem the series. Errr

whats your knew book for victims of female circumcision called?

to the point

Like the rest of the episodes of late nothing special or worth watching again. Its a massive shame because there are some really talented writers on this show. however they seem to be greatly impeded by the shows current format. There's something really not right there.

I Hope we get a glimpse of one of the other doctors to set us up for the 50th near the end of this last episode.

Just found this on the BFI website. Not watched it yet, but should be interesting if you're a fan of The Robots of Death:

I'll attend with Godot it'll be like Highlander

I liked the message of this episode.

Little people can be emperors too.

See? Hmm? Yeah.

For real too. Napoleon was quite little.

Napoleon was quite little.

Confusion about his height also results from the difference between the French pouce and British inch-2.71 and 2.54 cm respectively; he was about 1.7m (5'7") tall, above average height for the period

Pwned.

So did the doctor just leave that nice man from the start there to die?

Wasn't she killed?

She got better (regenerated), then flew off in a spaceship.

His CLONED DAUGHTER did that, but I was referring to the Susan, who was the grand daughter as seen with the first doctor.
