I may have said this before, but tonight Matthew I'm having . . .

Potato diced, simmered until just soft then fried in a pan until brown and crispy.

Add diced chorizo and fry for 3-4 minutes then add a couple of sliced spring onions.

Fry for another couple of minutes and then remove with a slotted spoon and keep warm.

In the chorizo infused oil cook an egg. When ready remove and add to the top of the potato/chorizo/onion mix.

:)

Yummy apart from the fact that I broke the egg yoke which, as I don't like the white, was a little bit of a pisser.

Oldrocker did you catch that Sid James radio show on 4 extra, it was given to him straight after Hancock in 1961, thought to be lost one turned up recently.

I didn't. I've seen it mentioned somewhere today during my browsing. May have been here somewhere or elsewhere.

It turned up during the recent hunt for missing programmes. I think it said 15 were made and only this one survives.

Its called 'Its a Deal' with June Whitfield co-starring. Plan to listen to it tomorrow on iPlayer. Sounds like our kind of thing :)

Will do Pingy Babe !

I'm going to be devouring some roast chicken shortly. CAN NOT WAIT.

Due to the mozzarella being woefully out of date, I had a feta, tomato and basil sandwich on ciabatta.
And a bottle of Aspall's cider.

Here comes summer.
