How can you bloody drown deliberately. Trying not to suffocate is a reflex. I don't understand that.
I haven't considered it my self.But my friend did it.
The thought did pass through my mind a few times during a hellish period of my life. It's not like I was planning anything, but there was a fleeting thought of "I could swallow that box of pills and it would all be over".
It happens a lot during mid life crisis.
