L.E's fiance just cooked them both the most amazing slow roast lamb! Nommy.

I'm having some mince, butternut squash, peppers and aubergine thing.

I may have said this before, but tonight Matthew I'm having . . .

Potato diced, simmered until just soft then fried in a pan until brown and crispy.

Add diced chorizo and fry for 3-4 minutes then add a couple of sliced spring onions.

Fry for another couple of minutes and then remove with a slotted spoon and keep warm.

In the chorizo infused oil cook an egg. When ready remove and add to the top of the potato/chorizo/onion mix.

:)

Yes please.

I was in a porridgey mood.

Porridge most definitely makes me want to spew.

Readybrek is speshul and yummy.

Don't you Scots have salt on it or something? Sugar's the way to go.

I think I'm an alien as I loathe it. I've tried to eat it because it's healthy but I can't stand it's sliminess.
