Thanks to the wonders of on demand TV I'm delighted to say I'm not that qualified to answer but if I was it would probably still be EastEnders or Casualty. Although it we were talking comedy, the Wright Way obviously.

The worst TV show is Big Brother imo. To me BB is like The Office to Aaron. It destroyed TV entertainment for years to come.
