Last year in the Champions League 1/8 finals Basel lost the second leg against Bayern 0-7. So in way it matters to me. I don't want to get traumatised again.

Swansea win the league cup and Cardiff promoted to the premier league, Gareth Bale football of the year, and Wrexham play Newport in the Conference play-off final.

I thought we might be in trouble at one point.
Sort of a shame for Basel it had to turn quite so dramatically and irrevocably.
It's wasn't a complete surprise that it happened, it was sort of logical because Chelsea was the big favourite. But I was hoping for a sensation. Still, a good tournament for Basel... and for Swiss football in general.

There'll be three Welsh teams in the Premiership next year: Cardiff, Swansea, and Gareth Bale.
