Will Cam is having a blood test tomorrow and has had to fast from 6pm this evening. He has a mighty craving for a scotch pie with brown sauce and fresh bread and butter ( scotch pie butties!)

Update on my return to work:
Well, I got through it ! Doing 12.30 - 5.30 for 2/3 weeks.
Due to see Occy Health Doc next Monday so I'll know more after his thoughts.
Lots of kind remarks from people via email. None from immediate (new section) staff I work with.
Letter still undated for now !

Mine is a routine cholesterol test which is why you have to fast for 15 hours.
