You seem very confident, will you be personally reviewing the Cv's and conducting the interviews?

I don't live in Bristol myself and I am clearly over the age bracket required.
But I do like to see a voluntary writing group being run so tightly, it appears to be almost German in its approach.

I hope you do well and that the head shots you have requested are not too pixilated.
