Sitcoms written by stand-ups

Apologies if there is already a thread on this. I couldn't find one but feel free to ignore me.

A lot of good sitcoms these days are written by stand up comedians where as in the past there were stand ups and there were sitcom writers. Some of the sitcoms that I like were written by stand ups that are by no means my favourite while the reverse is also sometimes true.

What are everyones favourite sitcoms penned by stand ups and are there some people whose stand up you love but sitcoms you didn't?

To start off my favourites that come to mind include

Not Going Out (Lee Mack)
dinnerladies (Victoria Wood)
The Thin Blue Line (Ben Elton)
Time Gentlemen Please (Al Murray)
15 Storeys High (Sean Lock)
Lead Balloon (Jack Dee)
Phoenix Nights (Peter Kay)

Seinfeld.

Time Gentlemen Please (Al Murray)

I think Richard Herring was the main writer, wasn't he? Still a stand up though of course.

The first post doesn't say it has to be British.

Grandma's House Simon Amstell.

The Thin Blue Line (Ben Elton)

May as well include Blackadder if we're calling Ben Elton a proper stand-up.

Time Gentlemen Please (Al Murray)

Mostly written by Richard Herring - but also a stand-up.

Rich Hall's Cattle Drive.

Sean's Show.

Sean's Show - Sean Hughes
Black Books - Dylan Moran

(Although technically neither stand up is British even though the sitcoms were!)

Sean was born in London. I've no idea what citizenship he may actually hold though.
