The original ones are decent but you can see where the show and characters have become a lot tighter and better written. I have not seen the 1999 film.

I own all the original ones and Brendan's Stand Up DVDs.
Did you buy the box set with 12 discs then which include the original ones and the bloomers.With his stand up in the box set too.

They've done a pilot but I'm not sure if a full series has been ordered.
