Liked them a lot, a few spring to mind.

The Eye Test.

Hieroglyphics sketch.

Mispronunciation sketch.

All good stuff.

Some good ones here, but my favourite is the Hireoglyphics sketch too...pure class.

This Ronnies related story from last year passed me by-

The Phantom Raspberry Blower of Old London Town. All of them are fantastic.

I remember a sketch with the Ronnies playing two beefeaters singing a song where the first bit of a line was the innuendo of the last line...

I know Not The Nine O'Clock News did a parody, but I can't seem to find the original anywhere...does anyone know where it can be found, or which series it was from?

I found it! I have been looking for years for this - thought I had imagined it!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxmpmXGetQc

Rupee rap!!

The Two Rhanis? Didn't they produce the famous "folk handres" sketch?

Fork Handles...Without a doubt!

You fell into my trap! Everyone calls it the Four Candles sketch.

Calling it Fork Handles might cause confusion...

The Mastermind sketch... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0C59pI_ypQ

Ah Yes... That one is a classic , Nigel. :)

Does anyone know a weird and disturbing Sweeny Todd musical piece they did? I can't find it and I remember being quite shocked by how gruesome it was, especially by Two Ronnies / pre-watershed standards. Maybe I'm exaggerating, after all I watched The Who's Tommy again and it wasn't anything like as 'off' as I remembered.

No sign of this , Michael.

My favourite I think is the Mace Case and people who don't like it are a disgrace...

Four candles.

Any of the Corbett monologues, always my favourite bits of the show. Couldn't abide the musical bits at the end, normally dragged up or dressed as yokels, still can't watch the shows to the end now for that very reason.

I liked the songs. I think the only bits I found boring were the mini movies they sometimes did. Which seemed to go on forever, and build up to one punchline.
I was a kid though, maybe I was missing some of the funny bits. But I found pretty much everything else they did hilarious.

I do seem to be in a minority with my hatred of the musical bits, but I have always been the same. I remember when I was a kid being very irritated by their two folksingers, which seemed dated and silly even then. I know what you mean about the serials, but I used to love the Phantom Raspberry Blower and The Worm That Turned.
