The yoghurt (or whatever) that screams about being low fat is usually higher fat than the Tesco's own ordinary version, I find.

I eat those new ones that are full of Vit D

Very nice they are

A piece of sharp spanish cheese, bread and a glass of red wine.

Bueno!

I just had a rather greasy dinner - thick bread slices, dipping oil, sundried tomatoes, olives, parma ham and cured elk sausage.

A slice of lemon.
Surrounded by gin, ice & tonic.

Better than poorly elk sausage.

Later - Chicken Rezala

No, I don't know either.

I'm having a ham and avocado pitta bread later. Looking forward to it.

I had an avocado wrap today. And then I was ill. :(
Not to put you off your avocado.

I've thrown it in the bin.

Heh. Wish I had.

It wasn't the wrap. Obviously you have a wee touch of the Black Death. A quick examination under your oxter for a Bubo will prove I'm right.
