I had chips last night and was going to have pasta tonight.
But, in the pub earlier, someone had cod and chips and, when the vinegar hit the fish/chips that was it !
So, Young's cod in bubbly batter and chips with tartare sauce it is for me in about 30m !

I ate some chicken in pitta breads earlier with kidney beans and cottage cheese. It was ok for a meal that took less than a minute to prepare. Healthy too.
Eating peanut butter on granary toast. Usually, I love this, but we currently have some reduced fat peanut butter which is strangely sweet and unpleasant.
I find reduced fat products are basically tasteless bilge. As for decaff drinks, don't start me!
Reduced fat/sugar/taste things are claimed to be worse for you. I don't know how true that is but I'd quite happily believe it if it got rid of the shit. I'm mainly having a go at the companies that force the reduced sugar quantities on us. I'm an adult, let me choose if I want reduced taste or not.

I think it has to do with the preservatives. Because when you bake a loaf yourself, it only requires half a teaspoon or something. Which is still a lot but salt isn't ALL bad for you anyway, it's just the excess.
The yoghurt (or whatever) that screams about being low fat is usually higher fat than the Tesco's own ordinary version, I find.
The main thing to do is compare nutritional labels and make your own decision really.
