I do quite like the ones about extremely fat people. I don't know why.

I know exactly what you mean. I can't stand watching poor prole families or young couples getting married or having a baby. But give me a morbidly fat person with serious health problems and you have my fullest attention.

I don't want to watch these but find myself unable to look away, a bit like looking at a car crash.
