Probably. The word I was showing her was 'felching', now I come to think of it...

Happy Easter!

That sums it up. Bastards! They're only interested in their own jobs.

"Who? He?"

Might start a new thread for this as hoping for lots of answers, but will see what I get here first.

I can't explain it very well, so first I'll just ask, do any of you follow a particular diet and exercise regime to enhance your sports performance or know anything about the subject?

I'll try and make that clearer; he doesn't need to bulk out, but to gain overall strength, core strength & stamina. I think the exercise side of it is covered and we know about basic healthy eating, but specific eating advice would be great if anyone knows about it.
I can get info online but am interested to know if anyone has personal experience or advice.

I've just started using - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ it's really great for tracking calories. Although I'm only using it temporarily, to get an idea of what I'm eating. Plus I'm too lazy to keep track indefinitely.

I use RunKeeper - http://runkeeper.com/home - it tracks my runs, times, speed, calories burned and route by GPS.

I'm a HUGE fan of interval training and couldn't recommend it more. Here are so routines - http://www.hundredpushups.com/ - http://www.twohundredsquats.com/ - (Squats are meant to be the best core exercise. There are other routines at the bottom.

I don't know too much about exercise but what I am trying to learn about is the cheapest, least equipment but most effective ways of doing it.

Running for all cardio and stamina.

Squats for core and thighs, glutes.

Pushups for upper body and triceps.

I might learn to swim soon because that's great/fun exercise (but I am afraid of water Huh?)

In regards to nutrition, since recording my diet with the myfitnesspal website. I really am under my daily targets, even though I eat a helluva lots of sandwiches and other processed crap like it. The rest of my diet is veg(etarian). If I wanted to meet my daily requirement of 2000 calories, I think I'd have to start eating cake and chocolate!! I don't really understand it yet but that website is at least a great way to keep track.

Aw. Swimming's about the only exercise I fancy doing. Pity it's such a faff. I need my own indoor pool...

I'm not afraid of water as such, more the suffocation that it can cause. But a paddling pool, I can do Cool

With arm bands?

Aw, there you are. Was that taken today?
